Open-drain output — pull-up is your call
The open-drain output lets you set the reset signal's logic level independently of the monitored rail. Tie the output to a pull-up resistor to interface with an MCU or FPGA reset input.
Active production, but RoHS non-compliant — plan accordingly
The MAX6328XR26-T is listed as Active in production, so there is no near-term obsolescence risk for ongoing builds. However, the part is RoHS non-compliant. That means it contains lead (Pb) above the exemption thresholds and cannot be used in EU RoHS-compliant assemblies unless a specific exemption applies. For lead-free production lines, an RoHS-compliant equivalent is needed — check the MAX6328XR26-T's datasheet for the lead-free suffix variant.
