Housed in a SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, this part fits the same footprint as many other single-channel supervisors from Maxim and TI. The three pins are reset output, ground, and VCC — no extra pins for manual reset or watchdog.
Temperature grade and environment
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient, this part suits industrial control, outdoor telecom, and automotive cabin environments. Not rated for extended automotive under-hood or military temperature ranges. The industrial temperature grade means it will hold threshold accuracy across the typical factory floor temperature swing.
