3.08V threshold supervisor in an SC-70-3
The MAX6327XR31 from Maxim Integrated is a single-channel voltage supervisor that asserts an active-high reset when the monitored supply drops below 3.08V. It holds the reset output high for a minimum of 100ms after the supply recovers above the threshold. The push-pull, totem-pole output eliminates the need for an external pull-up resistor, simplifying the interface to the target processor's reset input — provided that processor expects an active-high reset signal. The SC-70-3 package occupies minimal board area, suited for space-constrained designs in industrial control, telecom line cards, and portable instrumentation where a 3.3V rail needs clean power-on reset behavior.
Active production — no LTB pressure on this line item
The MAX6327XR31 carries an active lifecycle status. There is no last-time-buy notice, no NRND flag, and no announced discontinuation. For a procurement review, this part is a safe BOM commitment for current and next-year production runs.
Temperature grade and environment
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient operation. The SC-70-3 surface-mount package reflows with standard lead-free profiles.
