100ms reset timeout — power-up sequencing
The reset timeout is a minimum of 100ms. This means after the supply rises above the threshold, the reset output remains asserted for at least 100ms before releasing the system. This delay ensures the oscillator and internal logic of the supervised microcontroller or processor have stabilized before code execution begins. For systems that require a longer power-up delay, an external supervisor with a programmable timeout would be needed.
Package and footprint: SC-70-3
The MAX6327XR26 is supplied in a 3-lead SC-70 package (also known as SOT-323). The supplier device package is SC-70-3. The mounting type is surface mount.
Sourcing and lifecycle
It is sourced through independent distribution and quoted to order against an RFQ. There is no LTB risk for new designs at this time.
