The MAX6307UK46D3+T is an active-production multi-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring two supply rails with a 4.63 V threshold on the primary input and asserting an active-low, open-drain reset signal. The 140 ms minimum reset timeout holds the downstream logic in reset long enough for the monitored rails to stabilise after power-up — this prevents the processor from executing code before the supply is within tolerance.

Housed in a SOT-23-5 (SC-74A) package, the part occupies a 2.9 mm × 1.6 mm footprint with a 0.95 mm pitch — the same land pattern as the industry-standard SOT-23-5, so no board spin is needed if replacing a supervisor in that footprint.
