Its 800 mOhm maximum on-resistance keeps signal attenuation minimal in precision analog paths, while the 100 mOhm channel-to-channel matching ensures consistent performance across all switch positions. Switching times of 25 ns (ton) and 20 ns (toff) max allow fast channel selection, and the -56 dB crosstalk at 1 MHz provides adequate isolation for mixed-signal boards where analog and digital signals share the same IC.
