Quad SPST-NO switch with 2.5 Ohm on-resistance
The MAX4662EAE+ is a quad single-pole single-throw normally-open (SPST-NO) analog switch from Analog Devices, with a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit per channel. Each of the four independent switches presents a maximum on-resistance of 2.5 Ohm, with channel-to-channel matching held to 100 mOhm. Switching is fast: turn-on time is 275 ns max, turn-off 175 ns max. Charge injection is rated at 300 pC, and off-leakage current is a maximum 500 pA per channel.
Supply voltage range and signal handling
This wide range covers common analog rails: ±5 V, ±12 V, ±15 V, and single 5 V, 12 V, or 24 V systems. Each channel presents 55 pF of capacitance to ground in the off state, both source and drain sides. Crosstalk between channels is -59 dB at 1 MHz, which keeps signal bleed low in multiplexed precision analog paths.

Housed in a 16-pin SSOP package (0.209-inch body width, 5.30 mm), surface-mount. Analog Devices lists the MAX4662EAE+ as Active in production. It is ROHS3 compliant.
