The MAX4641EUA+T is a dual single-pole single-throw normally-open analog switch from Maxim Integrated, built for routing low-level analog or digital signals with minimal loss. Each of the two independent switches connects a common terminal to a normally-open terminal when the control pin is driven high. The headline 4 ohm max on-resistance keeps signal attenuation low and thermal dissipation negligible in most signal-chain roles.
The 4 ohm max on-resistance is the key spec. Channel-to-channel matching is 200 milliohm. Crosstalk is -97 dB at 1 MHz. Charge injection is 2 pC. Switching times are 15 ns on and 8 ns off. Off-leakage is 250 pA max.
