Switching speed and isolation — what the numbers mean for your design
Ton of 18ns and Toff of 11ns (max) are fast enough for most multiplexed data-acquisition front-ends. If you are scanning four channels into a 1 MSPS SAR ADC, the switch settles well within the acquisition window. The -52dB crosstalk at 10MHz tells you channel-to-channel bleed is low — useful when one channel carries a 10 MHz clock and the adjacent channel carries a sensitive analog signal. Charge injection of 2pC means the switch does not dump a noticeable glitch onto the signal when it toggles, which matters for precision DC measurements.
Lifecycle and sourcing — active, no LTB pressure
No last-time-buy clock ticking. For BOM freeze planning, that means you can qualify it for new designs without worrying about a sudden EOL notice.
