10 Ohm on-resistance and 200 mOhm channel matching
Its 10 Ohm maximum on-resistance with 200 mOhm channel-to-channel matching keeps signal attenuation uniform across all three switches, which matters when routing audio or low-level analog signals through a multiplexed front end.
Switching speed and signal integrity
Turn-on time of 15 ns and turn-off of 10 ns (max) give enough margin for 10 MHz+ data rates or fast analog muxing. Crosstalk is rated at -96 dB at 100 kHz, so a signal on one channel won't bleed into the others at audible frequencies. Charge injection of 3 pC keeps glitch energy low when switching sample-and-hold or ADC input paths.
