60 Ohm on-resistance and 200 mOhm channel matching
On-resistance is specified at 60 Ohm max, with channel-to-channel matching held to 200 mOhm. That matching figure matters when the switch is used in gain-setting or feedback networks where the resistance difference between the two channels would introduce offset. The 3 pC charge injection is low enough to avoid significant glitch energy when switching sample-and-hold or ADC input paths. Off-leakage is 500 pA max, and channel capacitance is 8 pF on both source and drain pins, which together define the off-isolation and crosstalk floor at higher frequencies.
ROHS3 compliant, so it passes current EU and global environmental directives without exemption paperwork.
