Single-supply general-purpose op-amp in a compact 8-TDFN
The Maxim Integrated MAX4473ETA-T is a single-circuit general-purpose operational amplifier with a rail-to-rail output stage, housed in an 8-WDFN exposed-pad package (3x3 mm footprint). It delivers a 1.8V/µs slew rate from a supply span of 2.7V to 6.5V, drawing 1.2mA quiescent supply current. Each output channel can source or sink 20 mA.
The 1.8V/µs slew rate supports signals up to roughly 100 kHz at full output swing; for higher-frequency or large-signal applications, budget the settling time against your sampling window.
Supply flexibility and thermal footprint
The 2.7V to 6.5V supply span covers a single lithium-ion cell through a regulated 5V rail, so the same BOM line can serve battery-powered and line-powered designs.
