Active production — no EOL concern for this dual op-amp
RoHS non-compliant per the listing — verify your assembly line's exemption or plan for a Pb-free alternate if needed.
What the 1 V/µs slew rate means for your signal chain
A 1 V/µs slew rate limits the large-signal bandwidth to roughly 160 kHz at 1 V output swing (BW ≈ SR / (π × V_peak)). That is fine for audio, sensor conditioning, and slow control loops, but it will visibly distort a 100 kHz square wave. For higher-speed applications like video or fast ADC drive, look for a part with ≥ 10 V/µs. The rail-to-rail output gives you the full supply swing into a light load — useful when running from a single 5 V rail.
Supply range and power budget
Operates from 4.5 V to 11 V — compatible with 5 V and 9 V rails, but not with 3.3 V-only systems. Each channel draws 6 mA, so the dual package pulls 12 mA quiescent. That is moderate for a general-purpose op-amp; budget the thermal rise in the 8-µMAX package if both channels drive heavy loads continuously.
Package and temperature grade
Housed in an 8-µMAX — the MSOP-8 variant of the 8-TSSOP / 8-MSOP footprint. Surface-mount only. The package is small, so layout for thermal relief if output current approaches the 95 mA per-channel limit.
