10 Mbps full-duplex RS485 transceiver
The MAX3491EESD+ is a single RS422/RS485 transceiver delivering 10 Mbps full-duplex communication over a single differential pair in each direction. The 50 mV receiver hysteresis filters noise on long cable runs where ground potential differences accumulate.

The 14-SOIC body keeps the board footprint compact — 3.90 mm width — while the SOIC gull-wing leads are inspectable and reworkable with standard hot-air profiles.
