Six-rail supervisor for multi-voltage boards
It is designed for systems that need to sequence or supervise multiple power domains — think FPGAs, SoCs, or mixed-signal boards where core, I/O, and auxiliary voltages must each stay within tolerance before the processor is released from reset. Six selectable threshold combinations let you match the part to common voltage sets without external resistor dividers.
The 16-TQFN package (4x4 mm) with exposed pad helps thermal transfer to the PCB ground plane — important when the part is near hot regulators or in a sealed enclosure. The exposed pad also provides a low-inductance ground return for the open-drain output.
