That is fine for DC or slowly varying signals, but it will round off edges on any waveform above a few kilohertz. The 100 µV input offset voltage sets the zero-error floor: for a 10 mV full-scale bridge output, that offset is a 1% error before gain. The 4 nA input bias current is low enough that it won't upset a 10 kΩ source impedance, but check it against your sensor's output resistance if you are running at high gain.
