2.5V–36V supply, 28 µA quiescent — selecting the right input rail
The LTC4417IGN#PBF is a 3:1 source selector switch in the PowerPath™ series from Analog Devices, built around external P-channel MOSFETs. Quiescent current is 28 µA typical — low enough for always-on battery-backed systems where the selector itself must not drain the primary cell during standby. The 1.4 µs turn-on delay and 700 ns turn-off delay allow fast switching between sources without glitching the output during a supply dropout.
