Single-cell fuel gauge with 1-Wire bus
The DS2788E+T&R is a dedicated battery monitor IC from Analog Devices, designed for single-cell Lithium Ion or Lithium Polymer packs. It communicates over a 1-Wire interface, which means the host microcontroller reads state-of-charge, voltage, temperature, and current data through a single data line plus ground — no additional I²C or SPI pins needed on the host side.
Housed in a 14-lead TSSOP (4.40 mm wide body), the DS2788E+T&R is a surface-mount part suited for compact portable designs.
