Dual-output oscillator with wide frequency programmability
The DS1077LZ-40+ is a dual fixed-frequency oscillator from the EconOscillator series, generating two independent clock outputs from a single device. Its frequency range spans 4.87 kHz to 40 MHz, programmable via an internal divider — no external crystal or resonator needed for the core timing.
Package and supply integration
The supplier device package is 8-SOIC — no special land pattern beyond the usual IPC-7351 recommendation for SOIC-8. The single 2.7 V–3.6 V rail simplifies power routing on mixed-voltage boards. The 15 mA supply current is the total for both outputs — each output's load capacitance adds to the dynamic current, so the actual draw at 40 MHz into a 15 pF load will be higher than the datasheet typical figure.
