The DG202DY+: Each of the four independent switches connects a signal path with 200 Ohm max on-resistance, making it suitable for routing audio, low-frequency analog, or control signals where isolation between channels matters.
Switching speed and isolation
Turn-on time is 600 ns max, turn-off 450 ns max, so the switch can handle sample rates into the low megahertz range without introducing timing skew between channels. Crosstalk between any two channels is -90 dB at 100 kHz, meaning a signal on one channel couples less than 30 µV into an adjacent channel at 3 V p-p — clean enough for precision analog multiplexing. Charge injection is 20 pC typical, which translates to a voltage glitch of about 4 mV when switching into a 5 pF load — a consideration for sample-and-hold or integrator front-ends where the injected charge can shift the held value.
Supply rails and temperature range
The wide supply range lets it interface with both low-voltage logic and higher-voltage analog stages without a separate level translator.
Analog Devices lists the DG202DY+ as Active in production. It is ROHS3 compliant, so no exemption-based restrictions on the bill of materials for EU or UKCA markets.
