CMP01BICJ Fast Precision Comparator, TO-99-8 Metal Can

The CMP01BICJ is a fast precision comparator delivered in a TO-99-8 metal can package — a hermetically sealed, 8-lead round can with a 0.230-inch diameter base. Through-hole mounting means the leads pass through plated holes on the PCB and are soldered on the opposite side; the metal can itself provides a low-thermal-resistance path to the board, useful when the comparator dissipates heat from continuous high-speed toggling.
