Active production, ±14.2 g range, X/Y/Z axes
The ADXL700WBRWZ is an active-production digital accelerometer from the Analog Devices Automotive series, measuring acceleration across three axes (X, Y, Z) with a ±14.2 g full-scale range. Data is read over a 4-wire SPI interface; supply voltage spans 3.3 V to 5 V, and the on-chip bandwidth is 2 kHz with a selectable low-pass filter to tailor the noise floor. Operating temperature is -40°C to 105°C, placing it in the automotive cabin or underhood compartment where 85°C ambient is routine and 105°C peaks are survivable.
Package and board integration
Housed in a 16-lead SOIC with a 7.50 mm body width (0.295" pitch), surface-mount soldering to a standard PCB footprint. The supplier device package is 16-SOIC. RoHS3 compliant, no restricted substances per the current EU directive — no special handling or exemption paperwork needed for production shipments.
