Four-channel isolation with 5000 Vrms reinforced rating
The ADUM4400BRWZ is a 4-channel, unidirectional digital isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler family, using magnetic coupling to pass signals across a reinforced isolation barrier rated at 5000 Vrms. It handles 10 Mbps data on each channel with a typical propagation delay of 50 ns and pulse-width distortion held to 3 ns max, which keeps the timing budget tight enough for most industrial fieldbus and isolated SPI links. The 25 kV/µs minimum common-mode transient immunity means it won't glitch when a motor drive or inverter switches a high-voltage node next to the barrier.
Supply rails and channel direction
All four channels are unidirectional with all inputs on Side 1 and all outputs on Side 2 (4/0 configuration), which suits a pure downstream isolation path like a microcontroller to a gate driver or ADC. There is no isolated power output on this part — you supply the secondary-side Vdd separately.
