The Analog Devices ADUM3200WARZ-RL7 is a 2-channel, unidirectional digital isolator from the iCoupler family, using magnetic coupling to provide 2500Vrms of galvanic isolation. The part supports a data rate of 1 Mbps with a maximum propagation delay of 150 ns and pulse width distortion of 40 ns, which sets the timing budget for isolated SPI, UART, and general-purpose digital signal paths. Common-mode transient immunity is rated at 25 kV/µs minimum, providing robust rejection of fast transients common in automotive power environments.
