The ADUM3200WARZ is a 2-channel, unidirectional digital isolator from Analog Devices' iCoupler family, built with magnetic coupling technology. It is rated for 2500Vrms isolation and supports a data rate of 1Mbps.

Propagation delay is 150ns max (tpLH / tpHL), with pulse width distortion held to 40ns max — tight enough for most SPI and UART isolation at 1Mbps. Rise and fall times are 10ns typical, keeping edge rates manageable for signal integrity in noisy environments.
Common-mode transient immunity for harsh environments
With a minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 25kV/µs, the ADUM3200WARZ maintains data integrity during fast voltage transients — a critical parameter in automotive traction inverters, motor drives, and industrial power supplies where high dV/dt events can corrupt isolated data paths.
