Three-channel unidirectional isolation at 150 Mbps
The Analog Devices ADUM130D0BRWZ-RL is a three-channel, unidirectional digital isolator from the iCoupler family, using magnetic coupling to provide 3750Vrms galvanic isolation in a 16-SOIC wide-body package.
Supply flexibility and transient immunity
Common-mode transient immunity is rated at 75 kV/µs minimum, which is the figure that matters when the isolator sits between a gate-driver output and a controller in a motor drive or inverter—fast-switching SiC or GaN edges will couple common-mode noise across the barrier, and a CMTI below that threshold risks bit errors.
Temperature grade and environment
The wide-body SOIC-16 package provides 8 mm creepage, which supports basic insulation per IEC 60950-1 for 300 Vrms working voltage.
