3.3 V fixed output, ±0.1% — the precision anchor for an automotive rail
The ADR3533WARMZ-R7 is an Analog Devices series voltage reference in the Automotive family, delivering a fixed 3.3 V output with ±0.1% initial accuracy. Noise is specified at 25 µVp-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) and 46 µVrms (10 Hz to 10 kHz), low enough for 12- to 14-bit conversion chains without an external filter.
8 ppm/°C tempco — why the W-grade matters for the BOM
The ADR3533WARMZ-R7 carries an 8 ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The sibling ADR3533WBRMZ-R7 drops that to 5 ppm/°C while keeping the same ±0.1% tolerance, package, and pinout. For a design that needs tighter drift over temperature — say, a 16-bit ADC reference in an engine-control module — the B-grade is the parametric upgrade. For most 12-bit sensor interfaces and general-purpose rails, the W-grade's 8 ppm/°C is sufficient and avoids the premium.
ROHS3 compliant.
8-MSOP footprint and automotive temperature range
The 3.5 V minimum input allows operation from a 3.6 V nominal rail with headroom for dropout.
