150mA LDO with 1.25µA quiescent current — battery-fit signal
The ADP160ACBZ-2.1-R7 is a fixed 2.1V output, 150mA linear regulator from Analog Devices. Its 1.25 µA quiescent current and 65 µA maximum supply current make it suited for always-on or battery-powered circuits where every microamp matters — a sensor node sleeping between reads draws near the regulator's own Iq, not the load's. The enable pin lets a system controller gate the output entirely, cutting the regulator's draw to near zero in deep sleep.
Package and board-fit — 4-bump WLCSP
Housed in a 4-WFBGA, WLCSP with a supplier device package of 4-WLCSP (0.96x0.96). The 0.96 mm × 0.96 mm footprint is the smallest in the ADP160 family — the die sits directly on the board with no plastic overmold, so the reflow profile must match the solder-ball alloy, and the PCB pad design follows the WLCSP land pattern in the datasheet. Surface-mount only.
Temperature grade and protection envelope
Protection features include over-current, over-temperature, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO), so the output stays clean during a brownout or a momentary short on the load side.
