The ADP150AUJZ-3.3-R7: TSOT-23-5 — five-pin thin SOT-23, 0.95 mm pitch. The exposed pad is not present; all thermal dissipation goes through the leads and board copper. Keep the ground pin trace as wide as possible for 150 mA continuous load. Enable pin — active-high. Pull low to shut down; quiescent current drops to 22 µA typical. No soft-start on this part; the output ramps at the internal current-limit slew rate.
PSRR and noise rejection across frequency
PSRR is 70 dB at 10 kHz, rolling off to 55 dB at 100 kHz. That 15 dB drop above 10 kHz means upstream switching noise from a DC-DC converter operating at 500 kHz will see less than 55 dB of rejection — plan a post-filter if the load is an audio codec or precision ADC reference. Input max is 5.5 V; no reverse-current protection, so keep Vout below Vin during power-down.
Protection and temperature range
On-chip over-current, over-temperature, and UVLO. The thermal shutdown threshold is typically 150°C junction; the part cycles back on when it cools 15°C. Operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C — industrial grade, not automotive (no AEC-Q100 claim).
