Dual LVDS driver at 600 Mbps
The ADN4663BRZ is a dual LVDS driver from Analog Devices, rated for 600 Mbps per channel. That data rate covers most short-reach serial backplane and cable links up to a few metres, where the signal integrity budget is dominated by the interconnect skew and common-mode range, not the driver rise time. Two independent driver channels with no integrated receiver — the 2/0 count means this part is strictly a transmit-side buffer. Pair it with a separate LVDS receiver (such as the ADN4662) for a point-to-point link.
Operates from 3.0V to 3.6V, which covers a nominal 3.3V rail with margin for ripple and regulation tolerance.
The 8-SOIC footprint is standard — no unusual pad geometry, so a layout already using SOIC-8 for a quad op-amp or a small serial transceiver can reuse the land pattern.
