It pushes 2.5 Gbps per channel with a propagation delay of just 2.8 ns max, making it suitable for high-speed serial links where timing margin is tight. The 3750 Vrms isolation rating and 35 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) mean it can sit on a motor-drive or inverter isolation barrier without losing data during fast dV/dt events. The 20-SSOP package (5.30 mm width) fits a standard surface-mount footprint.

2.5 Gbps and 35 kV/µs CMTI — the specs that matter for a motor-drive isolation barrier
