The ADF4116BRUZ-REEL7 is a single PLL clock/frequency synthesizer from Analog Devices, designed for RF local-oscillator generation up to 550 MHz. The 2:1 input-to-output ratio and differential input/output option give flexibility in routing the reference and feedback paths without an external balun.
