3 GHz PLL for RF LO Synthesis
The ADF4112BRUZ-REEL7 is a single-circuit PLL clock/frequency synthesizer from Analog Devices, designed for RF local-oscillator generation up to 3 GHz. The 2:1 input-to-output ratio and differential input/output support balanced signal paths, which helps suppress common-mode noise in the PLL feedback loop.
