The ADAU1977WBCPZ-R7 is a 4-channel, 24-bit audio ADC from Analog Devices, sampling at up to 192k per second.
Digital control and single-supply rail
The device runs from a single 3.3V supply and communicates over I²C or SPI, giving the system architect flexibility to hang it on an existing control bus without a separate analog rail.
The 0.5 mm pitch and exposed paddle mean the reflow profile and solder-paste coverage on the centre pad need attention during assembly — a void under the paddle raises the junction temperature.
