80 V/µs slew rate, 80 MHz – FastFET single in SC-70-5
The Analog Devices AD8033AKSZ-REEL7 is a single voltage-feedback op-amp from the FastFET™ series, combining a 80 MHz -3dB bandwidth with an 80 V/µs slew rate in a 5-pin SC-70-5 package. It delivers rail-to-rail output swing across a 5 V to 24 V supply span while drawing only 3.3 mA quiescent current. The FET input stage keeps input bias current at 1.5 pA, making it suitable for high-impedance sensor interfaces, photodiode amplifiers, and high-speed signal conditioning in industrial and test equipment.
Supply span and output swing – single-supply flexibility
Rated for 5 V to 24 V total supply span, the AD8033AKSZ-REEL7 works on a single 5 V rail or split supplies up to ±12 V. The rail-to-rail output stage swings within millivolts of each rail, preserving dynamic range in low-voltage single-supply designs. At 60 mA output current per channel, it can drive moderate loads like an ADC input or a 50 Ω line with headroom.
For dual-channel designs, the AD8034ARZ-REEL (same FastFET series, same 80 MHz/80 V/µs core, two amplifiers in SOIC-8) is a functional alternative, though footprint and channel count differ.
