24-bit sigma-delta ADC with integrated PGA and temperature sensor
The AD7124-4BBCPZ-RL7 is a 24-bit sigma-delta ADC from Analog Devices, sampling at 19.2 kSPS, designed for precision measurement of low-bandwidth sensor signals. It integrates a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and an on-chip temperature sensor, allowing direct sensor interfacing without external signal conditioning for many bridge, thermocouple, and RTD applications. The input multiplexer accepts differential, pseudo-differential, or single-ended configurations across 4 or 7 channels, giving layout flexibility for mixed-signal front-ends.
ROHS3 compliance is confirmed, so the part passes the restricted-substance thresholds for EU and most global markets without an exemption claim.
