TO-99-8 metal can — hermetic, through-hole, military grade
The AD707TH: It delivers a gain-bandwidth product of 900 kHz with a slew rate of 0.3 V/µs, drawing 2.5 mA supply current.
10 µV offset, 900 kHz GBW — precision DC path
The 10 µV input offset voltage is the headline precision spec — it means the AD707TH can resolve microvolt-level signals without external nulling in most applications. The 900 kHz gain-bandwidth and 0.3 V/µs slew rate are modest by modern standards, but adequate for DC-coupled signal conditioning, thermocouple amplifiers, strain-gauge bridges, and precision integrators where bandwidth is secondary to DC accuracy.
Active production, RoHS non-compliant — leaded finish for hi-rel
The RoHS status is non-compliant, meaning the device uses a lead-bearing (tin-lead) finish. For defence, aerospace, and medical programs that require tin-lead solder joints for reliability under thermal cycling, this is an advantage rather than a restriction. For EU RoHS-regulated commercial products, a lead-free exemption or an alternative part is needed.
