Synchronous ZBT SRAM for high-throughput data buffers
The 71V3557S85PFGI is a 4.5 Mbit synchronous SRAM organized as 128K x 36 bits, using Zero Bus Turnaround (ZBT) architecture to eliminate dead cycles between read and write operations on a shared data bus. With an 8.5 ns access time and a parallel interface, it sustains back-to-back transactions at bus speeds that older pipelined SRAMs cannot match — critical for network packet buffers, cache controllers, and DSP scratchpads where every clock cycle carries data.
Supplied in Bulk (tray) — typical for prototype and low-to-mid volume production; for high-volume reels, check the alternate ordering code suffix.
