The NXP MKL25Z64VLK4 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ microcontroller from the Kinetis KL2 series, clocked at 48 MHz with 64 KB Flash and 8 KB RAM. It integrates USB OTG, a 14-channel 16-bit ADC, and a 12-bit DAC, making it a fit for sensor-fusion nodes, portable instrumentation, and industrial control panels that need a single-chip USB stack without an external PHY.
Analog and peripheral integration
The 14-channel 16-bit ADC samples at up to 1 Msps (typical) and can be triggered by the PWM timer for synchronous current/voltage measurement in motor-control applications. The 12-bit DAC provides a single analog output for sensor excitation or setpoint generation.
