528 MHz Cortex-M7 — bridging MCU and MPU performance
The NXP MIMXRT1052CVJ5B is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M7 microcontroller from the i.MX RT1050 crossover series, running at 528 MHz. It executes real-time control code from external flash or parallel NOR/NAND memory via its EBI/EMI interface, while the 512 KB on-chip SRAM handles time-critical data buffers and stack.
Industrial temperature grade and connectivity
The -40°C to 105°C junction range and 3V–3.6V supply rail are specified. The 20×12-bit ADC channels are available. Ethernet and CAN are integrated on-chip.
