150 MHz Cortex-M33 with dual-bank Flash
The NXP LPC55S69JEV98K is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M33 single-core microcontroller from the LPC55S6x series, clocked at 150 MHz. It carries 640 KB of dual-bank Flash and 320 KB of SRAM — enough memory to run a real-time control loop with a communication stack and leave room for a bootloader supporting over-the-air updates. The 150 MHz core speed means the CPU can sustain a tight control loop while the Flexcomm interfaces handle USB and serial traffic without stalling.
Industrial temperature grade and BGA footprint
The 98-VFBGA package measures 7x7 mm.
Peripherals and connectivity mix
The Flexcomm interface can be configured as SPI, I2C, or UART per pin, which simplifies PCB layout when the design needs multiple serial buses without dedicating separate peripheral blocks. USB, MMC/SD/SDIO, and I2S round out the connectivity for audio capture or data-logging to an SD card. The 10-channel 16-bit ADC samples analog sensors or feedback signals at sufficient resolution for most industrial measurement chains.
