The NXP LPC54101J256BD64QL is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 single-core MCU clocked at 100 MHz, with 256 KB Flash and 104 KB SRAM. That core speed puts it in the mid-range of the LPC54100 family — enough throughput for real-time sensor fusion, motor-control FOC loops, or protocol bridging without pushing the bus to its margin.
