The LQH43NZ471J03L is a wirewound inductor from Murata's LQH43NZ series, specified at 470 µH. In a buck converter or EMI filter, that inductance value sets the ripple current and the corner frequency of the LC filter — for a 100 kHz switcher, 470 µH puts the crossover well below the switching fundamental, so the output ripple is dominated by the capacitor ESR, not the inductor's AC loss.
