4.7 µH, 750 mA, AEC-Q200 qualified
The Murata LQH43NH4R7J03L is a 4.7 µH drum-core wirewound inductor in the LQH43 series, rated for 750 mA continuous current with a maximum DC resistance of 108 mOhm. The self-resonant frequency of 38 MHz is well above the switching frequencies of most DC-DC converters in the 1–2 MHz range, so the inductor behaves as a pure inductive element in those designs. The Q factor of 20 at 1 MHz is typical for a ferrite-core part at this inductance value.
1812 package and unshielded construction
The footprint matches the industry-standard 1812 land pattern — no special pad geometry required. Unshielded construction means the magnetic field radiates beyond the component body. In a dense layout, keep sensitive traces or other magnetics at least one package width away to avoid coupling. The ferrite core material provides moderate suppression of high-frequency noise. Tape-and-reel packaging supports automated pick-and-place. The ±5% tolerance is tight enough for filtering and energy-storage roles in power supplies; for resonant tank circuits, a tighter tolerance may be needed.
