1 µH power inductor for automotive and industrial DC-DC
The Murata LQH43NH1R0M03L is a 1 µH drum core wirewound inductor in the LQH43 series, rated for 1.3 A continuous current with a maximum DCR of 39.6 mOhm. The unshielded ferrite core keeps the self-resonant frequency at 120 MHz, so it filters switching noise well above the 1 MHz test frequency used for the inductance measurement.
DC resistance and current ceiling for BOM fit
At 1.3 A the 39.6 mOhm DCR produces a 67 mW I²R loss — negligible in a 1 W converter but worth accounting for in a tight thermal budget on a densely populated 1812 pad. The ±20 % tolerance on 1 µH means the actual inductance can range from 0.8 µH to 1.2 µH; a buck converter with a fixed compensation network may need a tighter-tolerance part if the loop stability margin is thin.
