47 µH shielded wirewound for power rail filtering
The Murata LQH3NPN470MMEL is a 47 µH shielded wirewound inductor in the LQH3 series, rated for 380 mA continuous current with a saturation current matching the rated current at 380 mA. The self-resonant frequency of 5 MHz means this inductor maintains its inductive impedance up through the low-MHz range — above that the parasitic capacitance dominates and the part behaves as a capacitor. That makes it a fit for DC-DC converter output filters and power supply ripple suppression where the switching frequency stays below 2-3 MHz.
Shielded construction and footprint
The ferrite core and full magnetic shielding reduce radiated EMI to adjacent traces — useful when the inductor sits near sensitive analog or RF circuitry on the same board. Inductance is tested at 1 MHz, and the ±20% tolerance is typical for power-grade ferrite-core inductors — the saturation characteristic is soft, so the effective inductance drops gradually as current approaches the 380 mA Isat rating rather than collapsing abruptly.
