3.3 µH shielded wirewound for DC-DC filtering
The Murata LQH3NPN3R3MJRL is a 3.3 µH drum core wirewound inductor from the LQH3 series, shielded to contain magnetic flux and rated for 750 mA continuous current. The 114 mOhm max DCR keeps conduction losses low for the current rating, while the 1.35 A saturation current (Isat) provides headroom for transient peaks without hard saturation. The 1212 (3030 Metric) footprint and 1.20 mm seated height suit space-constrained power rails on compact PCBs.
Current rating and saturation margin
Rated 750 mA continuous with a 1.35 A saturation current — the 1.8× ratio means the inductor stays in its linear inductance region under most load transients, critical for maintaining ripple current in a buck converter. The 114 mOhm DCR at 750 mA produces about 64 mW of copper loss — acceptable for most portable and embedded supplies without active cooling.
Surface-mount 1212 (3030 Metric) package with ferrite core and shielded construction — the shield reduces radiated EMI into nearby traces, a practical advantage when the inductor sits next to a switching node.
