Inductance, current rating, and saturation headroom
The LQH32PN330MN0L: 33 µH inductance at 1 MHz test frequency with ±20% tolerance. The rated current is 390 mA, and the saturation current (Isat) is 380 mA — the two numbers are nearly equal, meaning the inductor saturates before the thermal limit is reached. At the rated current of 390 mA, the 1.38 Ohm max DCR produces about 210 mW of I²R loss.
Shielding and board-level EMI
Shielded construction with a ferrite core. The shield contains the magnetic field lines, reducing radiated EMI to adjacent traces and components — useful in power-supply filters or DC-DC converter output stages where noise coupling into sensitive analog or RF sections must be minimised. Self-resonant frequency is 13 MHz. Above that frequency the inductor behaves capacitively; for filtering applications the operating frequency should stay well below 13 MHz to maintain inductive impedance.
Packaging and production status
Available in Tape & Reel (TR) and Cut Tape (CT) options — TR suits high-volume reel-fed pick-and-place, CT works for prototype or low-volume builds without committing to a full reel. Product status is Active per Murata's lifecycle record.
