Product details

AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive and industrial power filtering

The LQH32NH5R6J23L is a drum core wirewound inductor from Murata's LQH32 series, rated for 5.6 µH ±5% with a DC resistance of 384 mOhm max and a continuous current rating of 335 mA.

Self-resonant frequency and effective bandwidth

The self-resonant frequency (SRF) is 50 MHz, which means the inductor behaves as an inductor up to roughly that point — above SRF the impedance becomes capacitive, so for a buck converter switching at 2 MHz or a DC-DC input filter, the 50 MHz SRF gives plenty of headroom before parasitic effects dominate. The Q factor is 20 at 1 MHz (test frequency), typical for a ferrite-core wirewound in this inductance range — adequate for narrowband filtering where insertion loss matters, though not optimized for high-Q tank circuits.

Supplied on tape and reel (cut tape also available), compatible with standard pick-and-place; the ferrite core and wirewound construction are reflow-solderable with typical lead-free profiles.
