Parametric fit for the BOM line
The LQH32MN5R6K23L: This drum-core wirewound inductor in the LQH32 series delivers 5.6 µH ±10% inductance with a 250 mA current rating — the load ceiling for the rail it filters or stores energy for. Max DC resistance of 1.3 Ohm sets the I²R loss at full rated current to about 81 mW; in a tight thermal budget, that self-heating must be accounted for in the layout. Self-resonant frequency of 28 MHz means the inductor behaves inductively well below that point — usable in DC-DC converters switching at a few MHz or in low-frequency filtering without capacitive crossover.
Layout and temperature considerations
Unshielded construction means the magnetic field couples to adjacent traces and components — keep sensitive analog or RF nodes at least one part width away in the layout. Operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C covers most indoor and outdoor equipment; the ferrite core material maintains inductance stability across this band.
